Many of my college cles require a "package" rather than just a textbook. Lupron Depo and bleeding?

Hi there! I am Kelsey, and I am only 17 and dealing with endometriosis. I was diagnosed with stage 3 endo when I was only 14 and by 15 I had my first laproscopic procedure to help alleviate my pain. This past year has been hell and the endo came back with a vengeance. My treatment has been birth control (seasonique) but even with that, my pain was the equivalent of a normal persons period all year round with rare breaks. My doctor decided to try Lupron Depo shots without add back unless I needed it. I am three weeks into treatment, and I was told my pain would be increasing the first week, then have a huge drop-off and I would have occasional mild spotting if anything. Here I am at three weeks and still experiencing excruciating cramping and pain to the point that I barely want to get out of bed or even move. I am also experiencing pretty heavy bleeding a little more than what my usual periods were. This has been going on for 3 days. Motrin helps a little, but even on the highest dose hydrocodone a dr will per scribe me, I am still in horrible pain. I only rarely take hydrocodone or painmeds at all because I hate the side effects and it has really become more of a last resort. This pain has gone further than just physical and I have a hard time doing anything because I am so depressed. I NEED help. I really don't know how much longer I can do this anymore, and I am almost positive I am stage 4 by now, and I am contemplating finding a doctor willing to give a 17 year old a hysterectomy. I know that is rather dramatic, but I cant go to sleep or play the sports i once loved or really do anything anymore because of this. We recently went on a senior trip to six flags and I was in so much pain I could barely do anything. It is beginning to infringe on my life, and I need anyone and everyone who knows any other treatment or if this Lupron will get better. Please. I am desperate. And my insurance is ending soon because I am turning 18 and not going to college until next spring, so I am not sure what I will be able to afford anymore.

Well.. ill attempt to give as much detail in as few words as possible.. the dream essentially consisted of me, my fiancee , his mom and my mom and a few other folks going to a fancy pants party in the hills of LA.. the party was on the 4th floor of a gorgeous gl encased apartment building... the stairs were see thru and the ocean was underneath each stair case, I have a terrible fear of heights and the closer we got to the 4th floor the more anxiety i felt. when we got to the fourth floor the ocean disappeared and turned to concrete.. it was then that i noticed the stairs really werent stable and at the top of each flight of stairs was a lever that made them come apart. I panicked and hit the lever @ landing i wobbled back and forth and fell, backwards, only a flight of stairs behind however. I am the step mom of an 18 year old young man?

We are preparing for graduation in a few weeks. He lives with my husband and I and his mom is not a major role in his life. They had joint custody up until he was about 9 years old then my husband went to court and received full custody. My two children were on the verge of moving on with their lives at this point. His mom has always lived fairly near to us and all she would have had to do was make a true effort to be a part of his life and he would have forgiven her. So I have been the go to "MOM" for a long time and now, with the graduation approaching, she has "seen the light" and wants to step in and be the mom again. She has made a couple friends that work at the high school and has pleaded her poor story on how my ex has brainwashed the poor boy and he won't have anything to do with her. She has made a good sob story I am sure, she is VERY good at that. So now, the school will not let me take care of anyting that needs to be done because I am not the biological mom. My husband is in the trucking business so he is gone for periods of time. He is not always available to do what needs to be done, sign paperwokr, make phone calls, so I have always done it. Well , we have been infomed that this is no longer acceptable. My stepson has told the school that he does not want his mom invovled in his life to that extent and they are basically saying too bad. I don't think it's any of their business. Clearing Judgment?

Over 8 years ago, my husband and I satisfied a judgment that was showing up on the title of our home. We had our drive re-done so that it is now one solid slab with a pattern to make it look like flags (of cement, concrete or whatever they use) so that it had no gaps for weeds to grow through. Before that we just had to try and dig the weeds out from the gaps. You could also try filling the gaps with cement after digging out the weeds.

So Ive been in this relationship for almost 4 months. I know its not the longest time but honestly it is my longest relationship, and I truly have the strongest feelings for this boy...The difficult part of our relationship is the way he's been acting lately. Why won't the rear brake cyl bleed on my 98 Sunfire (2.2)?

The Fender Stratocaster: Clic and Beautiful? Or Old Fashioned and Boring?

The Fender Stratocaster is a beautiful clic. Having said that, it can be as modern as you need it to be also. Personally, I love the sound of the Strat over any other guitar, especially with heavy strings and hot pickups. But I'm a blues guy, and that sound is my thing. What makes the strat so awesome, is the versitility the pickup configuration gives you. You can have it fat and juicy, or high and tight, or whatever else you want...and that's just with standard single coil pickups. Throw in some stacked humbuckers in place of those (so you don't have to router the body) and it opens up a whole new set of sounds. It really depends on what sound you like the most. I like the 3 single coils, but I also like the 2 single coils with a humbucker on the bridge for rockin' out. And I am 31.

Did I dislocate my shoulder? Do I need surgery?

When I was 18, my first shoulder problem ocurred was when I was boxing a friend (high school) and swung hard with a right. My friend dodged the punch and I completely whiffed. I felt my right shoulder "pop" when my arm was fully extended on the punch and it felt like my arm "popped" right back into place after a split second. I felt immediate pain and discomfort but continued to play sports (basketball and tennis) throughout the year (2004-05). During some bball games and tennis matches my shoulder seemed to "pop" in an out on certain occasions (blocked shot or serve or overhead) with immediate pain but continued to play. There hav been many occasions since this injury has happened and I have been to several doctors for answers and it seems like I just get a "you will be ok speech" and prescribed some meds for the pain. I am 22 years old now and play in a (contact) football league where I went for a tackle and landed with my right arm in an upward bicep flexing position when I hit the ground and immediately felt pain. I felt a "pop" in my shoulder and had no mobility for about three minutes until it was "popped" back in slowly by a paramedic. Does this mean I dislocated my shoulder or was it a strain? I have had a weak shoulder for four years and it always seemed to "come out" and back in immediately with pain. This is the first time my shoulder has stayed "out" for a duration and I am still hurting pretty bad. Do I need surgery?

Wiring/cable boot cover on Outboard motors - -?

I feel stupid asking this question, having been a lifelong boater, I just don't know the proper term for this accessory but I can describe it and hopefully someone can tell me its "official" name so that I can try to find it for sale online or at Boatersworld/etc - There is a flexible (usually black) plastic tubular cover that has ridges all around it, much like a slinky or an elecric dryer's flexible exhaust piping - It covers all the messy wiring, hoses and cables that come out of the front of your outboard motor, and usually just runs over to the side of the transom somewhere, where the wiring and cables drop inside the hull or flooring and go wherever they need to. My boat has a dealer installed Mercury 135hp Optimax outboard, but for some reason during installation, you can see where they took a razor and cut off the plastic cover at the front of the engine, probably so they could modify or work on the wiring for some reason. They should have really replaced the flex cover, and its been bugging me for a long time now - I am hoping these wiring covers have a cut underneath on the bottom so that you can just "pop" the cover over all your wiring (versus a solid piping that you'd have to disconnect every wire/cable from the engine and run each one thru the cover.) - Any istance on the name of this item and maybe where I could buy the covers online or at a boating store - Thanks !!!

She can only seem to nurse two of them at a time because she won't stretch out long enough for all of them to reach` a nipple. One of them is very small and weak and has significant trouble with nursing and another just isn't very smart. She will nurse two of them for a couple of hours and then leave for a couple of hours. Generally, it is the same two that get nursed each time, and the other two go without. I am currently supplementing the two weaker ones every two to three hours. Is this too often? What do I do if the smallest one never nurses? My husband has memory issues?

I have kind of a silly question in a way, but was wondering if anyone has ever experienced the same thing. Here is the story, my husband of 10 years has always had no problem with remembering things up until about a month ago. Several months back he started a new job working 16 hour days and we have struggled a bit with finance and raising four kids, so there is added stress. It seems like he forgets things almost instantly lately, for instance the other night he got off the couch to turn the light off and started talking to me and ended up sitting down without turning the light off (lol) and other things like that have been happening as well. Anyways the other night I was awoken to his loud snoring, this is nothing unusual he has always been a loud snorer and done it all ten years of marriage, but as I tried to fall back asleep I noticed that he would snore for a second then it almost seemed like he would hold his breath for 10-15 seconds before catching his breath and letting out a loud snore again. Almost like he was forgetting to breathe in his sleep. So now my question is, does anyone think the two are related? Do you think he is not getting enough oxygen at night and that could be causing him to have problems with remembering things? I have spoke to him about this and suggested he see a doctor, but my husband is a total GUY and will only see a doctor if it is life or death. If anyone has a similar story or some helpful information I could share with my husband I would certainly appreciate it. Thank you all in advance

How can i stick pictures on my wall?

I want to cover my wall with pictures of me & my friends (4x6 pictures) & i have tried everything. double sided tape, masking tape, scotch tape, and they all fall down the next day. Advice for avoiding owing taxes in 2008?

We are sick of owing around $3000 in taxes! The so called tax reform did us absolutely no good - we owed more this year, and our bracket did not change. Taxable income, around 120,000 - standard deduction, no mortgage interest to claim. Each of us claim 0 deductions from work, even though we have 2 kids. We do have interest income from trying to be good savers, which at 25% tax rate would account for some of the taxes owed --- but only about 1/2. If we could take the child tax credit, it would look good - but we are over the limit for that. Tax time is a real downer around here - any advice in planning for 2008?

Why does my heart area hurt whenever I sneeze or breathe heavy?

Im 18 and I have allergies and I have been sneezing alot lately and its been causing me chest pains in my heart area, also whenever I breathe hard or sit up after laying on my back my heart hurts, and sometimes it feels like something is pinching my heart when I exhale or inhale and it causes me to have to take short breathes in order to reduce the pain..Ive been reading a couple answers on here with questions similar to mine and some have said this can be caused by lifting weights and I have been working out harder these past couple weeks. What can I do to protcet myself from shoody roofer now wanting to go into attic?

We got a "new roof"... well, that was what we paid for, but the roofer did a lousy job. Tried to get him to fix it, but no such luck; just excuses and avoidance. Now he thinks it will be cheaper for him to "fix" it from in the attic.That means coming INTO the house with his group of "followers". The attic is super low(head clearance) and is full of 50 year old pink blown-in insulation. Can I make him provide proof of insurance? proof of citizenship for his workers? Can I make him sign some form holding me "harmless or blameless" if he gets hurt up there while trying to gerry-rig the roof problems caused by his workers in the first place? Here's the problem. We paid for the replacement of any deteriorated wood before the felt, tar and shingles were installed. Easy enough 'eh? NO. Feeling excessive "sponginess" in the roof, I went into the attic. Beyond stress fractures all over the place from his foreman beating on the planks, there are areas that simply have no wood at all! You can see felt, big size 13EE foot sized areas with NO WOOD! The last 2 months have been me tracking him down and him saying that's normal/!?! or that it happens because my house is old, and MANY other ludicrous excuses. Finally I filed w/ the ROC. That REALLY made the roofer mad and on the day of the ROC inspection, the roofer showed up with 4, yes FOUR people to back him up. So every time the inspector would say something wasn't right, one of his "dudes" would pie in with some excuse. So, there's me, a mere housewife, the inspector, and 4 dudes who kept yapping, rolling their eyes at me, and making light of anything I saw as an issue. "Oh that's from walking up here when it's hot".. Actually nobody has been on the roof to walk (hot or not)... eyes roll. on and on. Finally, the inspector said he would close the complaint if the roofer and I could have a meeting of the minds as to how to fix the problems. I said NO, because the roofer has told me 5 times he'd fix it and has done nothing at all but ignore me. Finally the inspector said he'd give the roofer 2 weeks to fix it, and thet he'd let us come to an "understanding", but then to call him if it wasn't worked out in 2 weeks. The inspector left and I endured another half hour of how it's normal for an old house to have broken boards. (that weren't broken before the new roof). Finally, the roofer said he would fix the broken planks from the inside of the attic to make it where he didn't have to remove the shingles. I was unable to explain to his tiny mind, that replacing wood that is not connected to anything is... impossible. So, now he wants to crawl around in the attic with the 50 year old pink blown-in insulation and attempt to replace the boards in the tiny crawl space (with no light or ventilation)... to save him money. Everytime I've been up there, I've choked on insulation and there's not even a catwalk up there. If he or one of his pathetic helpers gets hurt, I don't want him fileing against MY homeowners insurance!!!! What can I do? While it's easy to say he's lisenced & has a bond, he has sniveled and moaned that me wanting my roof fixed is going to make him lose his business, and how mean I am for that. So PLEASE, guide me! Can I require proof of citizenship on his helpers? Can i have them sign a "hold blameless" or some sort of form? If so, what is it really called and where do I get it? HELP! what's wrong with my sugar glider?

Okay first of all this isnt what is a sugar glider's diet. he is probably having an allergic reaction and need to go to the vet. he is only 8 weeks old and should be having fresh nectar, mealworm, fruits, sugar glider pellets, etc, i dont know why there is frozen cubed food, this is not what they naturally eat and eventually will have a vitamin and calcium defiency and you will have a ton of vet bills, so i would take it to the vet then research the real diet of sugar gliders. if you want to own an exotic animal take responsibliltiy and feed it what it is supposed to have, nothing frozen ever.
