Wold your bf have expected you to carry on as usual as though his mate wasn't there?

my bf and I usually go swimming straight after college every tuesday and always try to share a cubicle when we are changing back into our street clothes....we usually fool around drying each other and one thing leads to another....yesterday we met one of his friends in the pool and my bf asked if I minded if we all got changed together and I said I didn't mind as he is quite fit and we had all been skinny dipping previously and none of us is shy.....I thought that we would just get changed which was okay but my bf still wanted to fool around and pestered me into giving him a h..j which made his mate take care of himself....I don't really mind as I like seeing guys do that but shouldn't my bf have sort of cleared this with me first...
