I rang number that was pestering me but got a brurrr noise?

thank you to all that tried to help have put the incidents with my phone user because who ever it is sending the texts they went to far and accused me of murdering my baby who died in hospital 23 tears ago when he was only 2 days and 5 hours old.so as you can tell i wasnt asking anyone out there to ring a number i was actually just asking for geniune help from someone who knew more about computors than i do thats all. thank you all anyway.
