Pregnant: my full blood count came back needs for investigation but another test shows my liver ok? CONFUSED!?

I have OC and my liver tests are fine, it's the bile acid levels they need to check to determine if you have OC. Sometimes the liver tests are normal with OC, sometimes they're not, but the bile acid levels are always elevated.
