I'm not happy with your yahoo personals.Not receiving matches within my set range. Can I please get a refund?

I have been a subscriber of yahoo personals in the past and just recently resubsribed. I have not been getting matches within my mileage range and feel that I am not getting good service from your company. Is there another avenue I need to pursue in order to find out how I can be refunded the remainder of the time I have left on the yahoo personals. Please advise.
