No 10. make laws limiting malpractice, so much of what causes high costs of hc is insurance rates, malpractice suits are rampant, many are filed for the wrong reasos, and in the society we are in many people file suit simply because they can. 10. Disad. long waits for doctors, less immediate care, people die of heart attacks because they do not get the care they need in time, long waits for regular checkup, if something serious goes wrong, it may be found too late. it can take hours for an ambulance to arrive, this wastes precious time in a dire situation. Adv. Very cheap, in countries such as sweeden it has proven to be fairly successful.
