What is a good pet for a 6yr old boy?

My son is 6 and his hamster just died he is so heart broken. He wants a new pet, so we would like to get him one that lives a fairly long life. My oldest son already had a lizard and iguana we can not have cats or dogs so if any 1 knows a good pet for my 6 yr old please let me know please.
