Help Finding a Ben Franklin Quote?

I can't find it anywhere, but I've read it before. The quote asks for complete unanimity among the United States when considering the ratification of the Constitution, regardless of the 9 states needed to ratify the Constitution. It's basically him just asking delegates to do this. Can anyone help me find this?
