Will this goal be possible? Please help *10 points*?

I'm currently in 8th grade. Through my previous years I have always earned C's B's some A's. I never payed attention thus never learning a thing. I earned low scores on reading comprehension and math.(this made me a POWERFUl magnet to Special education teachers) Despite my terrible knowledge, I have a very high IQ. Last month to present, I have had a different perspective in life. I have been using my intelligence. In spite my negligence in past, I am reading various books such as Grammar hand books, Encyclopedias, Literature, Science Magazines, con. I have also have been on the verge of burning my self out. I have been learning alot. I am also getting nearly all a's and I don't take special education any more. Even know I have been learning, I feel I still am not caught up with my peers. I have a couple of goals. (1.) Shoot past my peers in knowledge before high school (2.) Get a higher than average score on both reading comprehension in math. I will be retaking these tests on spring. (so the high school can place me in better cles) (3.) Being in the top 20 students list in 12th grade. I have many internal debates with my self. I put my self down. I consider my self a stupid, lout who will not succeed in these goals. Is this a viable option?!
