Why did Andre Ware suck in NFL?

Supposedly, he couldn't grasp even the most basic of NFL playbooks. Much like the QB's that have played at Texas Tech, when Ware was in college, all he did was throw to a spot, never really reading defenses, so their was no post-snap reads, like you have to make in the NFL.
