Why does my heart area hurt whenever I sneeze or breathe heavy?

Im 18 and I have allergies and I have been sneezing alot lately and its been causing me chest pains in my heart area, also whenever I breathe hard or sit up after laying on my back my heart hurts, and sometimes it feels like something is pinching my heart when I exhale or inhale and it causes me to have to take short breathes in order to reduce the pain..Ive been reading a couple answers on here with questions similar to mine and some have said this can be caused by lifting weights and I have been working out harder these past couple weeks. Can someone give me your opinion on what could be causing this and what steps should I take.
